Prices

The prices quoted below are for the standard building as previously described, including erection. Until further notice VAT is not chargeable.

• The Garden Room - From £ 8,500
• The Artist's Studio - From £ 9,500

N.B the price does not include foundation or drainage work, Or the provision of an electrical supply to the building. Technical information about these requirements will be provided by Timberden once an order has been placed.

Ordering

Having received an enquiry from you via email, which must include your contact details, we will get in touch with you to assess your particular requirements.

Quotation
Following this visit we will submit our written quotation by post in which will be contained our conditions of business. This quotation will be open for acceptance for 28 days.

Deposit
Upon acceptance of our quotation we will require a 30% deposit to begin production. An interim payment up to 60% of the value of the quotation upon our arrival on site, and the final 40% upon completion.
